The SharpTool 2.0 is an innovative attachment for cordless drills that allows you to sharpen worn or dull multitool blades quickly, precisely, and safely. Thanks to the durable CBN grinding head (Cubic Boron Nitride), this version is even more powerful and efficient, especially when sharpening hardened steel or HSS blades. This makes it easy to extend the life of your multitool blades.

Ensure a well-lit, clean, and ventilated workspace.

Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance during use.
Specific
-
Check the SharpTool 2.0 for damage or wear before each use.

Secure the multitool blade firmly in the multitool.
-
Start your drill at the lowest speed and only increase if needed.

Apply light pressure during sharpening – let the CBN grinding head do the work.

Allow the blade and grinding head to cool down completely after use.

Max 2500 RPM – exceeding this limit may cause damage or injury.
Instructions for Use
Step by step:

Firmly attach the SharpTool 2.0 to your drill (hand-tighten like any standard attachment).

Turn on the drill at the lowest speed.
-
Gently and evenly press the multitool blade against the rotating CBN grinding head.
-
Carefully increase the speed if needed and sharpen to the desired sharpness.

Turn off the drill and allow everything to cool down completely.

Only then remove the multitool blade and SharpTool 2.0.
Maintenance and Storage

Let the tool cool down completely before storing.

Store the SharpTool 2.0 in its original packaging or protective case.

Keep out of reach of children and away from moisture or dust.

Der Schleifkopf 2.0 funktioniert sehr gut.
Mehrmaliges nachschärfen eines Sägeplattes möglich.
Spart viel Geld.Es hat mich immer genervt ständig überteuerte neue Sägeblätter zu kaufen.Das Problem ist jetzt gelöst.

Fonctionne bien pour affûter les lames. Peut-être un peu moins précise pour de coupes précises.
While the blade leaves a nice finish after cutting, the new teeth are definitely not the same as a brand new blade. The performance isn’t noticeably better than what you’d achieve with a version designed for an impact driver or drill. Given the steep price after import duties (£180.00), I expected more. It’s well-crafted, but the cost-to-performance ratio just doesn’t justify the investment

J ai acheté le kit complet pince/ boîtier affûteur 2.0 et que dire de plus que c est pratique, utilisable à tout endroit que ce soit en atelier ou chantier, permet d affûter jusqu’au bout nos lames qui partais assez vite à la poubelle, un investissement qui va me permettre de faire des économies de lames
